Chris began his aspirations as a conductor when he conducted the university production of Mozart's 'The Magic Flute' under the direction of Roger Heaton, in November 2012 and January 2013.
He also began to conduct the Bath Spa Concert Orchestra Society.

Following the success of the opera he then began to conduct more frequently with other university ensembles.
